Within the past 4 years the current Board of Directors have been working effortlessly rejuvenating the existing physical built environment similar to that of a facelift in our association. These activities lift the spirits of those living at "The Villas At Bristol Park Condominium Associationas" as well, and continue to build community on the assets and strengths that currently exist in this neighborhood. All of the homes at The Villas At Bristol Park, Sweetwater Florida are part of a condo association, which has a monthly COA fee and includes basic cable (Comcast), landscaping, and exterior painting.
